- Recruitment & Selection: Create effective recruitment requisites including interview calls, candidate-HOD coordination, JDs, competency mapping, selection processes and staffing procedures .Prepare Offer letters and employment contracts coordinating authorized signatories.Orientation Programs: Design Orientation / induction programs for new entrants at all levels. Co-ordination of staff induction modules, Plan conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Internal Communication:PMS: Thorough with the PMS Lifecycle, FADs, TNI, Talent Identification, 360 degree feedback, assessment centers.HR Administration Support to all staffs: Managing the entire lifecycle of an employee, Create awareness of and adherence to organization policies, procedures and legislative requirements. Interpret and communicate operating policies. Conduct Exit Interviews.

IT Coordination - Training the department heads and staffs on new software updates and presenting the new updates to Management
HR Budget Control: Maintain HR budget and assist in forecasting for the financial year.
Record Keeping, Filing & Comprehensive Soft copy reports: Accurate, 100% complete and resourceful keeping of all records, files and soft copies of comprehensive databases on recruitments, employees, leaves, personal requests, grievances, trainings& developments, travel desk, legal compliance, exit interviews, attritions and other related HR functions.
