• Prepare, consolidate, follow up Permit Application Package to Regulatory Agency of new project for EPC (Environmental Permit to Construct) and EPO(Environmental Permit to Operate)
• Communicate/Coordinate Environmental Notification to Royal Commission such as, Planned shutdown, Environmental Spill Incident, Process change, Emission exceedance etc.
• Prepares environmental compliance reports to be submitted to Royal Commission such as CEMS (Continuous Environmental Monitoring System in monthly basis. Consist of eleven stack for Air Quality Monitoring, Noise survey report, Groundwater monitoring report
• Collecting data for STP water intake and outfall, analyze parameters in compliance of standard and regulation for Water Quality Management Monitoring.
• Communicate/Coordinate to Registered Approved Third Party Agency such as conducting stack emission testing, groundwater sampling, noise survey, water analysis etc.
• Communicate governmental agency such as Royal Commission in compliance of Ma’aden Environmental Management System.
• Communicate/Coordinate to Registered Approved Waste Agency by Royal Commission in order to facilitate the collection of waste for proper disposal, recycling and reprocessing.
• Conduct Environmental Awareness in line with SABIC SHEM 13.00 Requirement.
• Submit TLD badge to KACARE for analysis in order to verify and monitor radiation dose for the employee engaged to radioactive density analyzer equipment.
• Conduct radiation awareness training.
• Maintain HSE information including statistical data, incident information and audit reports.
• Document and assess key HSE performance indicators, including statistical information, analyses of lessons learned and planning for continual improvement.
• Assist in development of HSE policies, procedures, plans, reports, tender responses, bridging documents, presentations and training materials.
• Maintain Company's HSE website information (internal and external).
• Maintain company HSE data and information in the public domain, including OSHA, IADC, etc.
• Conduct HSE orientation sessions for new employees.
• Coordinate first aid and fire warden training, response planning, and drills.
• Maintain HSE supplies and materials inventories.
• Develop an understanding of regulatory requirements in areas of the world where the company operates to determine applicability and appropriate level of response.
• Participate in audits of company operations to ensure conformance with applicable HSE legislation, standards, contract requirements and company expectations.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Orients and train company employees regarding environmental/safety management system;
• In charge and internal auditor for ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Safety Management System)
o Create, review and updates HSE management system documents and records, which includes:
Job Health, Safety and Environment Hazard Analysis (JHSEA)
HSE Risk Assessment
HSE Business Plan and Objectives and Programs/Result
Evaluation of Compliance to Existing Laws and Regulations
HSE Organizational Chart
Emergency preparedness and Response
Other documents related to HSE Management.
Performs supervisory and engineering tasks and functions, plans and organizes working process and implements zero accident in the workplace through the inspection and monitoring of the hazards in the shipyard.
Accident investigation and Accident reporting.
Performs daily routine inspection on the hazards in the work area and rectifies unsafe actions and unsafe conditions that may lead to accident.
-Checks the General Safety practices of the workers in the Shipyard.
-Checks and inspects the completeness of the Personal Protective Equipments used by
the employees.
-Checks the working conditions of the work place.
Under Electron-Plating Department. Compute voltage and current that will be applied in the different size of a P.C.B. (Printed Circuit Board) in the process of electro- plating method. Troubleshoot machines by conducting instrument testing, soldering, and connection check-up. Maintain 5S at workplace at all time.
