1. Help customer find a best telecom plan as per their convenience.
2. Add/Remove bars or Bolton if causing any trouble to the customer’s network.
3. Help them troubleshoot basic manual phone and network settings.
4. Sell the best phone deals with great offers as per customer’s choice.

4. Dispute customer’s inaccurate information and maintain an up to date record.
5. Handling customer complaints and escalations.
6. Ensuring customer is heard throughout escalation process.
