-GDS set-up, rates loading and submit rate mapping.
-Lanyon system set-up and maintenance.
-Set-up, load rates, maintenance of property data and generate agreements in ARMS.
-Create and update of Company/ Travel Agent Master or Profiles in PMS.
-Cluster Database controller.
-Rate Yielding / Assist in Revenue Management.
Sales Admin Support
-Preparations of legal contracts and agreements for Sales.
-Preparation of Sales-related reports like Sales Performance Report, Pick-up Report, Production Reports and Partnership & Promotion Reports.
Policy & Procedures Compliance
