* Minutes of the meeting are distributed within one week from date of meeting. Copies are also
provided to key officers.
* Draft memoranda, reports and other correspondences.
* Attend to incoming and outgoing calls.
* Relay messages and follow-ups to Area Managers and FEs regarding home office reports (persistency,
pending accounts, etc..
• Keep a supply of business forms to support sales performance &/or expense management: • FEs Weekly Activity Report (WAR) & Tracking Sheet.
