Administrative Function: Handled confidential files and information. Sales Coordinator Function: Handled contracts and maintaining business communications with clients before, during and after a sale. Prepare offer quotations for pre-sale and after sales service. Monitors and tracks purchase orders to ensure that sent quotations will be materialized and turn into a sale. Assists in setting up, filling and updating bid and tender filing and back-up document files.

Logistic Coordinator Function: Worked closely with courier agents, with regards to receiving stocks from suppliers and carefully inspect each items whether it is received in perfect condition and double check if it matches the packing list provided. Distribute and dispatch orders to customers accordingly with consistent follow through until the order is received. Closely monitor the stocks in actual and inform Service Manager which are moving and non-moving stocks. Arrange documents i.e. delivery note, certificate of origin attested by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and airway bills. Handles annual inventory and assist Accounts for stocks positioning in EXACT Software.
