· Maintain database on Health & Safety inspections/audits and publish reports that recommend areas that need improvement.
· Maintain records of all reported incidents and accidents and generate statistics on performance or any other analysis requirement.
· Track all changes on applicable pieces of legislation and update the Company accordingly.
· Liaise with all regulatory bodies and ensure that the Company remain compliant.
· Produce regular technical Health & Safety report that effectively serve the needs of Senior Management.
· In liaison with Corporate Communications Office, produce Health & Safety educational and/or awareness materials including Videos, newsletters, fliers, and bulletins.
· Conduct Accident/Incident investigations and produce reports with recommendations on corrective/preventive actions.
· Coordinate fire drills.
· Advise on a range of specialist areas e.g. fire safety, hazardous substances, public health, occupational health & safety standards, noise, machinery safety and occupational diseases.
