Ensure to maintain & deposit VAT deduction at source as per Govt. rules. Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return Ensure proper VAT compliance as per Government rules . Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies. Assist superior, store & other department in ensuring compliance with VAT requirements.Facilitate VAT Audits conducted by NBR, AG and other Government Authorities. Anchor VAT activities of Head Office and Maintain inventory registers as per government rules. Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products. Support to the accounts department to pass the transaction in accordance with TAX & VAT laws.
1.Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of VAT returns. 2.Prepare, maintain & follow up forms like VAT-6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.10 and income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT & AIT & other Bill Voucher for VAT transactions using NBR-approved VAT software. 3.Prepare, maintain & follow up of registers like Purchase register 6.1, Sales register 6.2 Purchase and Sales register 6.1.2 & others as required, Prepare & Submit price declaration/input-output co-efficient from time to time Musk-4.3. 4.Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return (Musk-9.1) Ensure proper VAT compliance as per Government rules . 5. Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies. 6. Facilitate VAT Audits conducted by NBR, AG and other Government Authorities. 7. Maintain inventory registers as per government rules. 8. Prepare Quarterly/yearly reports and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process under group. 9. Support to the accounts department to pass the transaction in accordance with TAX & VAT laws. 10.Prepare annual return for income tax, withholding tax & employees salary tax with necessary schedule & supporting documents and submit to the tax authority as per law. 11.Maintaining the required documents- Copy of Bill, Bill of Entry (BOE) others for tax and vat authority. 12.Record and manage VAT transactions using NBR-approved VAT software and MS Excel.
