Managed the implementation of QMS at site that includes controlling and administering project quality
documents and quality related activities on the project
● Supervises QA/QC functions at the site construction/installation of work of relevant engineering disciplines and
ensure that the work is carried out in safe manner and in compliance with Scope of Work, approved Engineering
Standards and Specifications.
● Supervise QC Electrical Inspectors, direct and indirect manpower, ensuring that works performed is in accordance
with Client’s and other applicable standards and codes including approved project procedures.
● Resolved problems at the site to merit acceptance of work inspected by client’s representative.
● Report to QC Manager quality issues that needs immediate concern such as lack of QC personnel and inspection
request issues regarding job not ready.
● Prepared required QC documents such as Quality control plan, procedures, method statements, Inspection and
Test plan as well as FAT report as well as Project records and QC dossiers upon completion of projects
● Responsible on Implementing, revising and monitoring approved Quality Control Plans /Inspection and Test Plan
(QCP/ITP), procedures and method statements.
● Prepared Mechanical completion documents such as Limits of System Handover drawings, ITRs/Check sheets,
as-built drawings, etc. Preparation of system handover packs to commence the commissioning works
● Reviews method statement and ITPs prepared by site engineers prior to submittal to client for their review and
approval.
●Prepared inspection request for received materials and site installation for client representative’s inspection after
verifying its compliance to project specifications.
● Raises nonconformance reports to site installations and materials that are deviating from the project
specification, approvals and drawings. Recommend remedial action on nonconformance to fast track its closeout
● Coordinate with the client’s representative/QC inspectors and Site Engineers for inspection and meeting about
quality problems including the closure of Non-Conformance Report.
● Participates in construction progress meetings with client and subcontractors providing fresh ideas with regards
to managing quality control during construction and completion stage.
● Served as a mentor to QC personnel giving them ideas on how to control works during every phase of the project
and request for their opinion and or fresh ideas concerning quality issues
● Demonstrated thorough knowledge on applicable international codes and standards such as IEC, BS, NFPA 70 and
exhibited familiarity of requirements on electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications and
hazardous area identifications at the project site.

• Prepared required QC documents such as Quality control plan, procedures, method statements, Inspection and Test plan as well as FAT report as well as Project records and QC dossiers upon completion of projects
• Responsible on Implementing, revising and monitoring approved Quality Control Plans /Inspection and Test Plan (QCP/ITP), procedures and method statements.
• Ensured all inspection points are carried out by discipline inspectors as per approved Inspection and Test plan

• Performing daily monitoring, inspection and required test of site installation to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications

• Reviewing and checking material submittals, shop drawings, equipment/material data sheets and or subcontractors/vendors compliance with project specifications and approved drawings
• Prepared snag list on areas deemed finish by the construction team to ensure any missing points are cleared prior to mechanical completion walkdown.
• Approved as Performing Authority and Isolating Authority for the project

-Ensure that project management tools such as project specifications, quality plan, project procedures, company procedures andproject control requirements are implemented efficiently. Monitors the implementation of the same.
-Ensure that operation team as well as subcontractors have clear understandings of project procedures and applicable company
procedures and that specific project requirements are properly implemented and followed.
-Perform quality control activities either done by direct manpower or subcontractors & their performance in the projects covering
installation of electrical, fire alarm, information technology, telecommunication and security system
-Report to the Project manager discrepancies observed at the job site concerning quality of field works and materials.
-Ensure that all field works conforms to the project specifications, clients approved shop drawings and having a high degree of
quality of workmanship to limit installation reworks, reduce rejection rate and increase efficiency rate
-Performs routine inspections of ongoing works to ensure its compliance with the approved drawings and project specifications.
-Issues Non-Conformance report to all works done at site that doesn’t comply with approved drawings having poor workmanship
-Ensures that materials received at site were properly inspected and complies with the approved material submittals. Issue non-conformance report to materials receive that are not complying with the approvals.
-Verify satisfactory implementations of corrective actions on NCRs issued by client for close out purposes.
-Identify non-calibrated inspection, measuring & test equipment and informs the project manager/construction manager to have it
calibrated prior to use at site
