TITLE: Quality Management System Supervisor
PERIOD: 2009-PRESENT
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible to Maintain and administer all department processes in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements.
• Responsible for the implementation of warehouse SOPs related to WHO and EU -GDP/GMP guidelines
• Coordinate with the concern dept for the required FCA (Field Corrective Action) received from SFDA for the Manufacturers' medical devices registered in the company.
• Coordinate with all department heads for concerning quality issues that will take to the enhancement of the current processes
• Conduct continuous refreshing awareness meeting in all departments to maintain the Quality Management System and good documentation practices
• Conduct periodic Internal Audit (ISO 9001:2008 Requirement) to maintain and manage the set policies and procedures in preparation for the re-certification stage set by the ISO Certifying Body
• Execute and oversees corrective and preventive action for the nonconformance findings on the 1st Party, 2nd Party and 3rd Party related audit on the company.
• Follow up on the compliance and closure of Nonconformities findings on the specific given date (s)
• Instigate company's Management Review Meeting and present Data Analysis against established objectives and prepare an action plan base on the MOM agreed commitment to enhance the Quality Management System
• Monitor department's KPI (Key Performance Indicator for Sales and Biomedical Maintenance Services) and set certain parameters as the target for clients' requirement and satisfaction.
• Represent the management for External Auditors (Principal) on the periodic and strategic surveillance/ audit in compliance with signed Quality Agreement, latest (Regulatory) SFDA updated guidelines, WHO, EU-GDP guidelines
• Evaluate closely new/propose binding Quality Agreement of the Principal and the Company/Organization; presenting it to the Top Management for final signature as an agreement to its specific scope
• Oversee and Conduct training for all W/H staffs for EU GDP (Good Distribution Practices) /SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies' Warehouse Management System
• Generate new required SOPs in compliance with the lates regulatory agency policies and other global (WHO and EU-GDP) standards
• Directly Reporting to the Executive Manager; General Manager/or Chief Operation Officer) for the progress or given quality management issues that covers currently 3 main branches (Riyadh H.O; Jeddah Branch; and Dammam Branch) extending to 3 other branches in the kingdom.

As the QMS supervisor i am responsible for the follwing:
1. Managem and improve Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) of the company
2. Perform/Conduct internal audit for 3 main branches.
3. Drive the Quality Management Review Meeting (with KPI analysis of each processes-e.g Customer Satisfaction; Quality management performance...)
4. Well experienced of WHO-EU-GDP as the current reference of the company's Warehouse Management System.
5. Reviewer and one of the signatories of Quality Agreement between the company and our muliti-national partners/suppliers
6. Perform validation and qualification of distribution facilities
1.Manage the Quality Dept in order to maintain the Quality Management System of the company across all main 3 branches of the company.
2. Manage and Maintain the Warehouse Management System (SOPs) as per EU and WHO GDP guidelines/standard.
3. Conduct/perform the periodic internal audit and raise the NCs prior to the required CAPA process.
4. Drive the Quality Management Review Meeting in the presence of the high management and head of the department, highlighting the QMS status (e.g. Audit result, CAPA process...)
5. Train the W/H staff as per the standard SOPs.
6. Perform Validation of warehouse (ambient and cold room) and Qualification of Refrigerated vehicles used for distribution- WHO-EU GDP/GMP standard.
TITLE: Site Quality Auditor
PERIOD: 2008-2009
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow p on the pre-plan schedule on the GSM site audits, coordinate with the concern department and work closely with Quality Manager and Site Quality Coordinator
• Ocular site inspection base on the client complaints and prepare investigative reports for the Project Directors and all concern managers
• Conduct random surveillance site audit to monitor subcontractor's performance base on the given SOP
• Periodic coordination with the client's Quality Department for the enhance on handling their queries (improvement of client relation)
• Weekly orientation for the Project Coordinators, Supervisors and Team Leaders for the familiarization for the updated Client's quality standards
• Orientation for health and Safety awareness and o-site training for the installation team (s)
• Maintain quality data base, quality reports, monthly KPI and analysis reports
• Submit clients QA checklists after verification and confirmation of the site clean- up.
