•Prepare presentation sketches/ model /3d presentation for the project at hand
•In change for the preparation working drawing for municipality approval
•In charge of design changes which the client requires.
•Review and Ensure that all the contract documents is being followed by the builder/ Contractors.
•Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.
•Ensure and Review that all municipality code, regulation and standard are being followed in design and construction stage.
•Provide support to SPM and PM to ensure projects run smoothly in areas of architecture by providing expert knowledge and advice.
•Clarification about the design and specifications by responding to RFI’s (Request for Information) which are initiated by the builder/ Contractors.
•Ensure proper Coordination of Architectural, Civil and MEP in term of design and execution on site.
•Review General Arrangement plan, Shop drawing and Detail drawing which is submitted by the builder/ Contractors for Approval.
•Review and in charge of the approval for Issued for construction (IFC) drawing.
•Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.
•Addresses any modifications such as Design Change Request and Field Change request, desired by Client in coordination with Design Architect.
•Assists Project manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals and Sample. Issues all architectural correspondences.
•Attends progress review meetings and coordination meetings to assist Resident engineer/team leader in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.
•Review all change order made by the client and ensure to implement at site.
•Prepare working drawing for design changes.
•Conducting Factory Assessment test for prequalification of manufacturer and fabricator purposes in coordination with material engineer.
•Review and approval of method statements for architectural.
•Acceptance of all material delivery at site for architectural in coordination with material engineer.
•Conducting Site inspection for ITR approval.
•Ensure that all work to be done at site is as per Approved Material Submittal and following the approved method statement.
•Issuance of Nonconformity report (NCR)/ Field Observation Notice(FON) if contract, approved shop drawings, approved materials, approved method statement, Municipality code and standards and safety procedure are not followed at site.
•Closet out of NCR and FON.
•Snag list

•In charge and supervise the preparation of Construction Drawing for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Protection System, Utilities, Pipe Laying, Telecommunication, Security System, Rail Signaling, Track Alignment, Road and Bridges.
•In charge and supervise the preparation of As-built Drawing for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Protection System, Utilities, Pipe Laying, Telecommunication, Security System, Rail Signaling, Track Alignment, Road and Bridges.

•Supervised and Prepare As-built Documents in CAD, Excel Format and Word such as Drawing layouts, Wiring Diagrams, Wiring Schedules, and Equipment layout and Wiring Schedules.
•Coordinate drawing to the Engineers, consultant, and contractors.
