 Manages all tax related transactions and compliance to relevant laws and regulations within a Tax specified timeframe.
 Review of VAT summary of transactions and ensure proper tax filing.
 Collaborate closely with finance, treasury, and operational teams, ensuring that tax positions are not only compliant but also optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
 Directs, conducts, and/or participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
 Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
 Coordinate and supervise the accounting team, delegating work and ensuring the staff follows all current policies and company procedures.

 In charge and Head for South West Region KSA overall finance activities and directly reporting to Regional Finance Manager.
 Gather consolidated reports of southwest region depots sales, purchases and expense report and preparation of profit and loss analysis on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
 Compare the data gathered based on the profit and loss analysis and provide recommendations to management, these shall be reviewed for discussion with the respective Depot Accountant, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager
 Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis.
 Set the rules and policies, monitor the implementation process for improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
 Makes analysis of product movements (Stock Keeping Unit) and set to the sales teams of southwest region the proper allocation of products in market.
 Conduct monthly and quarterly accounting inspection of every depot, review and audit of transactions with regards to compliance of company policies and procedures.

 Introduce to potential client bank products like loans and bank assurance products.
 To improve sales performance of the branch though proper and aggressive marketing
 Establish good relationship with clients and moreover provide better service by giving them proper information with regards to the new products and service offers.
 Identify, outline of and conduct market research of possible customers to be reached out for business visit.
 Continuous participation of events where prospective customers are present to enhance deepening of current relationships.
 Perform as key point for portfolio of clients with routine matters throughout range of products and services

 Perform compliance with company’s policies, requlations and procedures.
 Verification and preparation of VAT, Percentage Taxes, Income Taxes, Witholding taxes (Monthly returns, Quarterly returns, and Annual Returns.
 Preparation and examination on the government regulatory reportorial requirements of the company including other subsidiaries.
 Preparation of disbursement, cash receipts and monthly trial balance.
 Preparation of aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
