Conducts routine inspection/ site
visit during the construction to inspect and monitor the quality and progress
of the work, ensure high-quality of workmanship and that the works are executed
in accordance with the approved shop drawings, method statement, specifications
and other related approved construction documents and project standards.

Inspect the quality of works,
records work defects/ deficiencies and issue / raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to the Contractor in reference to
the approved shop drawings, specifications and in accordance with good
practice.
3. Attends to Inspection Requests (I.R’s),
Material Inspection Requests (M.I.R’s)
including samples, mockups and off site test as required.
4.
Inspect the work on completion,
records and issue Snag lists / work defects to the Contractor in accordance
with the project contract.

DESIGN CONCEPTUALIZATION - Prepare Building Design Concepts
based on client’s requirements, authority guidelines and standards.
DRAWING PROCUREMENT - Prepares the required set of
Architectural drawings for authority submission.
BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION and PROCESSING - Online
submissions of required drawings to authorities and discuss for any given
comments for getting their approval.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepares Building Design Concept, Space planning as per the Client’s requirements.
* Prepares Architectural plans based on given lot plan and needed document such as building cost estimate
/BOQ and process for the approval of building permit.
* Handling of the project from Setting out up to Roughing-in stage, thus ensuring the stage by stage work is
done for five months duration as per the scheduled.
* Supervise and Monitors the progress of work at construction site and helping the project Foreman to execute
the work as per the approved design.

* Update with the owner/client on the progress of work and other concerns on site.
