• Carry out Completion jobs and De-completion of X-Mass trees and Ball valve tree’s which include the installation and testing of tubing head spool, tubing hanger and the Xmas trees
• Assist Service Supervisor/Operation Manager to coordinate other service engineers and equipments also help arranging emergency procurements of equipments/parts.
• Support Cameron’s other Middle East service operations for their reqirements of service engineers.
• Installation of various types and sizes of Starter/Casing heads/Sliplok housings, Landing bae/rings, Casing head spools, DSA and Tubing heads spools etc
• Coordinate with the customer and the rig in sending out machine and tools to offshore as per requirement from the base
• Conduct field inspection of BOP’s at the rig site in order to extend the validity of certification for the BOPs according to Cameron standards
• Conduct pre skid well surveys including identification of the old wellhead types, reconditioning the seals and make arrangement for decompletion of the well.
• Run Single, dual and smart completions for oil, water and gas wells.
• Installation of various types of Casing hangers like mandrel type, IC type, McEvoy slips type & pack off seal assy and Tubing hangers, accentric and concentric types with various types of sealing technologies elastomer & metal to metal CANH seal and SRL seals
• Running and retrieval of BPV and Check valves with lubricators
• Setting and retrieving of HP BPV’s and testing of BOP and X’mas tree for completion & de-completion jobs in rig

Worked with Gulf Drilling & Maintenance Co., Kuwait as a Wellhead Specialist and took over the charge of Wellhead Maintenance Division.

• Performance of mechanical maintenance on valves (in the field &/or in the shop)
• Evaluation of wellhead, valve and other equipment or materials integrity (in compliance with API 6A integrity standards).
• Providing assistance with pre-job planning and monitoring the progress of jobs from the pre-planning stage through to the completion of the job.
• Organizing and coordinating 3rd party services and the transportation of materials and equipments as required.
Employed by Oryx Oil & Gas Services, a subsidiary of Simmons Drillings Overseas Ltd, Canada as a Sr.Operations Engineer. Specialized in Wellheads, X'Mas tree & Valves Maintenance, Acoustic Pressure Buildup Survey, Fluid Level Monitoring for Underbalanced Drilling & Producing wells etc.
• Drilling fluid level monitoring by acoustic gas gun in Underbalanced Drilling Wells & gas injection while tripping and running-in. Also monitor the Oil depth in the running pump-jack wells in a regular basis.
• Acoustic Pressure Buildup Survey in flowing wells to determine Bottom hole pressure, Reservior pressure, Skin/Well bore damage, Draw Down, Geology channel/fracture fault, Permiablility etc. by using Acostic equipments.
• Data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and field evaluation of acquired data by FL1 Buildup Analysis Tool & JAWS software.
• Monitor the position of the fluid contacts like GOC for observation wells by using Acoustic instruments.
• Capable of doing the well operations, (Opening, flowing, pressure testing and closing of wells). Having thorough knowledge on Chokes (beans and sizes) flow lines, flare lines, bleed lines, manifolds etc.
• Trouble shooting, maintenance & ensure proper repair of equipments.
• Wellhead Maintenance services & On-line valve maintenance services for all types of valves X'Mas tree, Wellhead, flowline and Gathering Centre valves.
