Customer Care Representative (Call) services. Focused on receiving inbound calls and attend to customer request, payments, account maintenance, orders, and inquiries. I also did outbound calls for follow up call promises, updates regarding customer's account or request. Able to get good service feedbacks from customers based on the customer service experience I provided.

Did my Teaching Internship in different community highschools, with grade levels from 7 to Grade 10 (Secondary). Taught English lessons, prepared lesson plans, coordinated with cooperating teacher on classroom management and teaching.
