•Create a Professional buying atmosphere.
•Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
•Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
•Handle customer refunds and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with prescribed procedures if needed.

•Work with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, as per operations control standards.
