 Administers the Scheduling of NOC Personnel to make sure that
there is always a personnel in the NOC 24/7.

 Performs Configurations for MRTG (multi Router traffic grapher).

 Provides network support such as cabling layout and network
configuration for data networking requirements;

 Supervises and Participates in the troubleshooting and repair of
all network related problems in the System

 Supervises and Participates the regular check-up for the Network

 Performs other special assignments as may be directed by the
Head of Operations as well as special concerns that are beyond
the capacity of Jr. Technical and Radio personnel’s.

 Responsible for providing Third level technical support and
assistance to the subscribers who may need help or unable to
acquire good connection such as slow browsing, unable to browse
and selective browsing

 Conduct on-the-spot troubleshooting in subscriber’s
actual location.

 Handles trouble ticket escalations for finance, billing, sales,
marketing, IT and Network Operations Center (NOC) and provide
necessary actions if possible.

 Responsible for providing call back to subscriber to case analysis
and resolution.


 Responsible for the escalations and dispatches to be
properly done according to set policies and guidelines

• Technical Assistant under Management information Service, Malacañang
Manila Office of the President. 2010 to 2013
 Administration/Management of new ALEMS, Bio matrix Machines
and Server, this also include the enrolment of employees, access
rights, processing of new applications for OP ID and replacement
of defective and/or lost id's maintains the backup of data
(Information, signature and Picture) of all OP employees for OP
ID and review the newly delivered OP ID's (quality, Information,
Signature and Picture).

 Performs other special assignments as may be directed by the
Head of the Office as well as special concerns that are beyond
the capacity of other CMTs.

 Coordinates with PLDT re: updating of active PLDT lines and DSL
also inquiries with PLDT concerning the intermittent lines in DSL
accounts.

 Provides assistance and attends to user inquires/
concerns regarding usage of database system
 Consolidates data for updating Directories for Voice and
Data under OP with updates re: floor plan Locations for voice and
data

 Create report of recieved documents (data extracted from
the Lutos Notes) for the Office of the Chief of Staff.

• Elecrtonics and Communication Equipment Technician IV (ECETIV) Management
information Service, Malacañang Manila Office of the President. 2010 -2011
 Provides Network Support (cabling layout, in-house
cabling/interconnection cabling and network configuration for
data, networking requirements, troubleshooting and repair of
computer systems of OP including regular check-up of all
switch and hubs.

 Administer the Telecom Services Unit in the installation and
transfer of the Telecom System, Customer Premise Equipment
(CPE) and in-house/interconnection cabling of the Office of
the President.

 Provide assistance in installation of OS, programs, antivirus
and other software applications.

 Assists on preventive maintenance of the Telecom System (voice)
of the Office of the President and evaluates to make
recommendations for the requisition of materials and related
services.

 Attest ISDN, IP-VPN, Telephone lines and Data monthly Billings of
OP proper c/o Management Information Service

 Performs other special assignments as may be directed by the
Head of Office. Ex. Editing video, images and converts data.

 Accept technical support calls and emails to the I.T. Department
and track issues to resolution via an enterprise help desk system.
