• Prepares daily transaction report (synoptic report, meal by nationality, arrival/departure), meal ticket report on a weekly basis
• Makes arrangement arrivals/departures of incoming/outgoing employees.
• Updates badge number (employee #), employee level, position, site assignment, expat status and other personnel profile in the database
• Updates Al Samir Hotel and Villa Rosa transactions.
• Ensures that the Planning Board is updated on a daily basis.
• Coordinates personnel movement within the camp and with other camps.
• Updates new site information, sub-contractors and rentals-companies.
• Coordinates and prepares transport request(s)
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Perform other duties as required
