Led the development, planning, and delivery of infrastructure, city-building, and destination
development projects; managed multidisciplinary teams through all phases from feasibility to
operational readiness, supporting hospitality ecosystems and urban transformation initiatives.

Directed pre-development activities including business planning, feasibility analysis, financial
evaluation, master planning coordination, permitting strategies, budget development, risk management,
procurement planning, and project scheduling.

Managed stakeholder engagement with investors, public authorities, consultants, designers,
contractors, operators, and utility providers to ensure alignment across development and delivery
programs.

• Participated in strategic PPP discussions with government entities regarding transport
infrastructure, affordable housing, and utility development programs.
◦ Directed the delivery of major transportation and highway infrastructure programs for public
sector clients, leading multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and government
stakeholders.
◦ Led the S-17 Expressway Program, Poland (€250M), a strategic national mobility corridor
delivered under a Design-Build framework for GDDKiA. The project included approximately 67
km of expressway infrastructure and 86 major civil structures, including bridges, viaducts,
interchanges, service roads, and connectivity improvements supporting the S12, S17, and S19
transport corridors.
◦ Managed infrastructure delivery activities including construction planning, project controls,
budget management, procurement, contract administration, quality assurance, and
commissioning readiness.
◦ Implemented project governance, performance reporting, risk management, and construction
execution strategies to achieve schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
◦ Coordinated with government agencies, designers, utility providers, and local authorities to
manage permitting, interface coordination, utility relocations, and project approvals.

• Supported operational readiness planning and progressive handover strategies, ensuring
infrastructure assets were delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client objectives.
