To provide accurate and timely processing of company payroll for Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. • End to end processing of company payrolls for Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. • Updating and maintaining payroll records. • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries. • Processing and maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports. • Processing disciplinary deductions, absenteeism, cash shortage and ticket write off. • Monthly report on vacation, indemnity, ticket accruals. • Preparing HR dash board on monthly basis for board presentation. • Payroll administration. • Calculation and processing of termination payments. • Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation. • Calculating annual leave and SL provisions/accruals.
• Handling the end to end processing of payroll for around 1000 employees.
• Shouldered overall responsibility in the implementation of HRMS, setting up and designing the system based upon the Kuwait labor law and companies policies and practice.
• On-going maintenance and updating of payroll system.
• Processing of Indemnity and leave settlements.
• Processing and maintaining payroll record.
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
• Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
• Computing allowances, rewards and incentives for employees.
• Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.
• Calculation and payment of termination payments.
• Reconciling payroll with costing file.
• Calculating annual leave and Indemnity provisions/accruals.
Provides HR administrative function in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
This involves providing ongoing support and catering to any required maintenance for projects that have already been completed and delivered to the client. The projects are planned and scheduled to be completed in any of the ongoing iterations in a year.
