RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry-out technical evaluation and give approval in documents submittals (i.e., Materials, Drawings, RFI’s, etc.).
- Conduct meeting with Main Contractor and MEP Contractor for coordination work and assist to conclude action needed for the project.
- Advised the Project Manager on the relevant authority's requirements and coordinate the necessary actions of contractor and all other sub-contractors and trade services involved.
- Meet other trade discipline to coordinate and discuss project concerns.
- Advise the Project Manager on progress report of electrical works and suggest action as needed.
- Review and evaluate the interim payment certificate for the project.
- Attend weekly progress, coordination and technical meeting
- Liaise with Client/Client rep to discuss project requirements
- Attend and assist Local Authority related inspection
- Assist the contractors to compile turnover records

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews the construction plans for compliance with project specification of Index Building Construction
- Review drawing check prints and give inputs in the preparation of shop drawings
- Coordinates to the design department and discuss/clarify technical issues
- Prepare method statement, checklist, inspection test plan and risk assessment for site operatives guidelines
- Responsible for site execution progress and ensure all work is correctly prepared for consultant approval
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
- Attend weekly construction, safety, progress and QA/QC meetings
- Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover records

- Perform administrative functions; such us writing technical reports, preparing material submittal, securing a request for quotation, and ordering materials
