(H.O.D.) Mechanical Engineer in NATIONAL GUARD HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX JEDDAH K.S.A. Responsible for all section such as Mechanical, Electromechanical, Plumbing and Irrigation section inside the project. Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, modifications and installation in any mechanical machine. Supervise maintenance activities, recommends new method for improvement of existing maintenance system and perform plan for redesign for an existing project in all section.
Prioritize corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum productivity of the plant. Responsible in the repair, troubleshoot, maintenance and monitoring of production machinery. Recommend improvements of the production line to ensure efficient and safe operation. Conduct equipment inspection to assess maintenance requirements in accordance to Standard. Interpreted technical drawings and focus on resolution of issues related to machine maintenance, quality, work in process flow in order to meet schedules and targets as confirmed by production manager and planning.

Designer in all cabling machinery for modification and expansion .Responsible in the repair, troubleshooting, maintenance and monitoring of production machinery. Recommend improvements of the production line to ensure efficient and safe operation. Conduct equipment inspection to assess maintenance requirements in accordance to Standard. Interpreted technical drawings, advance CAD, basic inventor and focus on resolution of issues related to machine maintenance, quality, work in process flow in order to meet schedules and targets as confirmed by production manager and planning. Installation in charge in drumtwister2500 m/c, frekans multistrander, 4000 rewinding m/c, LP 120 sheating line, Coiling Machine and Lead extruder.
Carries out mechanical preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, modifications and installation of various production machines, extruders, compressors and pumps within SCC premises to ensure the continued operation and efficiency of all machines. Involve in all aspects of the mechanical trade work including hydraulic, pneumatic, pipe fittings, welding, restoration of various machines, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic components. Accomplishes all reports pertaining to the activities in shifting schedule and updates records of each machine. Monitor performance of each machines in running and unstable condition for further attention.
