• Enforce and implement the policies, rules and regulations based on MAZAN’s Mission and Vision.
• Market and canvass clientele and the implementation of contract and agreements.
• Ensure the deployment of unregistered and unlicensed security personnel, or either be those who did not undergo training.
• Oversee the posting of duly licensed personnel/issuance of DDO and licensed firearms.
• Make sure of payment of SSS premium, Pag-ibig Funds, Philhealth Contributions

• Payment of electric, telephone and water bills.
• Responsible in the procurement and mobility of personnel.

• Assist the Security Director in the smooth and efficient operation of all Branches in its Agency of Records

• Handle and manages different toy brands such as Mattel Games (UNO Cards/UNO Stacko/Pictionary), Mattel (Max Steel/WWE/NBA Toys), Spin Master (Air Hogs/Tech Deck/Zoomer/Hedbanz), Dickie Toys (Majorette/Dickie Action Series/Dickie Happy Series), Youngtoys (Tobot), Bandai (Kamen Rider) & Moose (Ugglys/Trash Pack)
• Cascade different strategies to promote each brand, whether ATL or BTL.
• Manage all the Digital Media of each brand. Manage the budget of each brand properly.
• In Store trade checks, to make sure that items are in its proper area and key items are in key areas.
• Create program sponsorships and TVC / Vignette to be aired on target networks.

Responsible in creating Employee Newsletter from scratch, conceptualization up to production.
Arrange committee meetings.

Leads the Administration Group of the HR Department
Plan and create group activities for HR employees to promote camaraderie and teamwork.
Provide company events for employees from different departments.
Ensure the timeliness of all deliverables provided by the HR Department.
Responsible for the application and renewal of new and expired Health Cards of our employees.
Gives assistance to the Senior HR Executive in processing Visa and Residence Permit of New employees to provide internal services effectively.
Process Residence Permit, its applications or cancellations.
Promoting team concept and developing time management skills and other competencies.
To give training to company secretaries and selected General Managers of our newest module, (ERM) Employee Requisition Module to provide effective and better transactions between the HR Department and companies / department under the Regency Group.
Interviews candidates and gives actual computer exams solely for Graphic Designer applicants.
Ensure that all new employees takes the Leadership Training and Company Orientation.
Acts as official photographer of the HR Department.
Reports directly to the Human Resources Director.

Responsible in creating Company Profile, Corporate Portfolio, Annual Report, Newsletter, Business Cards and other marketing materials, from scratch, conceptualization to production.
Provides assistance in planning marketing standards and implementing marketing events.
Provides effective materials in every event the company was involve.
Ensure the timeliness of all deliverables provided by the Marketing Department.
Submits required reports to provide management with information regarding the status of the layouts, programs and services offered in marketing department.
Interacts with co-employees within and outside the department to carry out the delivery of services effectively.
Required to attend periodic team and meetings, as well as seminars to develop skills and competencies.

• Layout, trace, edit then etch and engrave customized logos preferred by clients and customers.
• Does the layout for menus of hotels such as: The Peninsula, Omni, Shangri-La and etc.
• In-charge in creating visually appealing displays inside and outside in all Made 4 U branches.
• Engrave and etch in mugs & glasses designs requested by clients.
• Experienced in handling the DARK ROOM where I needed to expose the film for the artwork.
• Trace Client Logos, using ES Wilcom Design for embroidered materials
