Projects
- Al Rayyan Stadium and Precinct project is a Design and Build contract to Al Balagh-L&T JV for a 40, 000 seat Air-conditioned Stadium, Precinct having car parks, Kahramaa Substations (6 Nos.) and External Services & Landscaping, Energy Centre for 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar. The Precinct and Stadium works are slated to complete by 2019 and to achieve four (4) stars rating under the Global Sustainable Assessment System (GSAS). The project construction cost is @ QAR 1.5 billion

Duties/Responsibilities
● Preparation and get approval on the revised baseline.
● Establishing and managing the project control system.
● Understand Clients requirement and liaise with stakeholders for achieving.
● Tracking - Design, Procurement, Long lead material delivery, Work progress (SPI) and Invoice paid (CPI). Evaluate slippage and propose a mitigation plan. Micromanage the mitigation plans.
● Evaluation of changes and its impact on the overall Programme (cost and time).
● Client/PM facing meeting, Site walk with Client/PM. Sub-contractors meetings
● Deliverables - Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Weekly and monthly Client progress presentations.
● Maintain Risk register and Financial report (Revenue Verses Expenditures).
● Develop EOTs for the client. Evaluate Subcontractors EOT.
● Manage a team consisting of Planning Manager, Planners (5 nos), QS (6 nos) and Document Controllers (3 nos).

Project: Dhofar Beach Resort & SPA - Salalah. This is a 5 star plus hotel with 286 keys developed by Taameer group, will be operated by SHAZA. Total GFA is 61, 530.59 m2. This consist of 66 villas all facing sea and main hotel building with 220 rooms. The project construction cost is Omani Riyal 56 million (USD 145 million).

Duties/Responsibilities
● Attend Client facing meeting, site walk with Board members.
● Preparation of monthly report and presentation for Board members.
● Chair weekly progress meeting.
● Establishing and managing the project control system.
● Understand Clients requirement and liaise with stakeholders for achieving.
● Review the work progress of consultants and contractors - plan Vs actual (EV management).
● Evaluate construction work progress (SPI) and Invoice paid (CPI).
● Monitoring and reporting on cost and schedule against the project execution plan throughout the entire project lifecycle
● Review Consultant’s/Contractor’s reports and programs including mitigation/recovery programs - critical path and the feasibility of program execution.
● Prepare Monthly/Weekly report and be the Custodian of the risk register.
● Review and recommend on EOT claims.
● Provide guidance/assistance to the project team.

Responsible for Programming and Project Controls system. Evaluate / monitor the consultant and contractor’s programme. Develop overall programme coordinating all the design team to achieve the delivery date. Primavera Expedition was used as Project Management Software.

Snr Planning & Cost Control Engineer at M/S Williams International Group (U.S.Cost)

1) Jumeirah Village for Nakheel, Project Duration of 30 months, cost AED 4 billion (4, 085 million). This will be developed on 340 hectares of land area with approximately 2500 Villas / Townhouses (of 1, 2, 3 & 4 B/R of large & small bed room types) and 9200 meters of Internal Road (excluding the Service access roads). In addition to this 1300 four story apartment complexes, Mosques, Parks, Schools, retail areas, an island feature, Community Swimming pool and landscaped area.
2) Al Mas Tower for DMCC, project duration of 24 months, cost AED 565million budget (AED 666million forecast). This is a 67 story building having a height of 350 meters.
3) Gold Tower and Silver Tower is two identical towers for DMCC, project duration of 24 months each, cost AED 203 million budget (AED 230 million forecast adjusted for current inflation) each. Each building is of 36 story having height of 140 meters.

Responsible for the Master programme development. Preparation of periodic progress presentations, Dash board reports, Monthly report etc. Review the Programmes form Lead Designer, Architects and Main Contractor for the compliance of contractual milestones. Evaluate progress of all entities, and mitigation programme for timely achievement of deliverables. PRIMAVERA EXPEDITION (P3e/c) was used as Project Management Software
