 Responsible for receiving, recording, reproduction and return of clients issued project completion in accordance with the requirement of the contract.
 Establishing a project filing index for any hard copy engineering documents stored by the project, and establishing a similar index for the filing of project correspondence.
 Maintaining a project archiving strategy for hard copy project document and to manage project handover requirements for both hard copy and electronic media upon project completion.
