Project Value: USD 500 Million

The stadium in Al Thumama will have a minimum capacity of 40, 000 for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and host matches to the quarter-finals stage. It will be built over an area of 515, 400 square meters that will include ten outdoor training pitches and office facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Carrying out reviews for all electrical related submissions by the contractor. Document includes detailed shop drawing, material, calculation, method statement and pre-qualification.
-Reviewing the project schematic specifications and project schematic drawings to identify any discrepancy and resolved the issue prior to execution.
-Reviewing and giving approval for the pre-contract documents submitted by the main contractor (Design and Built) which includes the specification, IFC drawing, reports, calculations and fire strategy.
-Review and evaluate the contractors monthly claim based on the periodic valuation of the work completed and approved inspection at the site.
-Analyzing and gives approval for the calculation submitted by the contractor such as; voltage drop percentage, cable size, cable tray size, capacitor bank, generator sizing, transformer sizing, lighting lux level calculation, and maximum demand load in each main LV Panel/Switchgear.
-Witness, review and gives approval for FAT / SAT of electrical equipment such as 415V switchgear, MCC panel, SMDB & DB.
-Reviewing the 11kV substation drawing and 11kV schematic diagram submitted by the main contractor prior to uploading the documents to Kahramaa for building permit purposes.
-Creating list of Statutory Authority requirements and Job Standard to be submitted by the contractor.
-Responsible for the supervision of the old District Cooling Plant consisting of 7nos. Chillers (2000 TR each) which is under refurbishment contract of the contractor.
-Ensuring that all installation are in line with the approved documents and project specification. Installation includes BMS, Fire Alarm, FM200/FOAM System, Lighting Control, Switchgear (11kV & 415V), Transformer, Generator Station, Motor Control Centre, 11kV and LV cabling, Central Battery, Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, Voice & Data, Wifi, Refrigerant Leak Detection, Chilled Water Leak Detection, Earthing & Lightning Protection, power, lighting, street lighting, etc.

Doha Festival City Mall, with a gross leasable area of around 250, 000 m2, comprises 550 outlets representing international and local brands, including 85 restaurants and cafes, VOX Cinemas, Angry Birds World, Snow Dunes, Juniverse and Virtuocity. It features around 8, 000 parking spaces.

Responsibilities:
-Carrying out reviews for all electrical related submissions by the contractor. Document includes detailed shop drawing, material, calculation, method statement and test pack procedure.
-Overseeing site works mainly in the construction of 11kV Substation, 11kV network and District Cooling Plant consisting of 7nos. 11kV Chiller - 2500 TR each).
-Ensuring that all installation are in line with the approved documents and project specification. Installation includes BMS, Fire Alarm, FM200/FOAM System, Lighting Control, Switchgear (11kV & 415V), Transformer, Generator Station, Motor Control Centre, Central Battery, Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, Voice & Data, Wifi, Gas Detection, Refrigerant Leak Detection, Chilled Water Leak Detection, Carbon Monoxide Detection, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Vehicle Management System, power, lighting, street lights, etc.

Responsibilities:
-Review and gives approvals to shop drawing, material submittal and method statement submitted by the contractor at appropriate intervals during the life cycle of the project.
-Ensures electrical constructions are implemented in accordance with the project specifications, international standards and government regulations. Installation includes Fire Alarm, FM200/FOAM System, Access Control, Lighting Control, 3000 nos. CCTV, Public Address, Generator, Voice & Data and Gas Detection, Earthing & Lightning Protection System, power, lighting and 700 nos. street lighting.
-Supervised the construction of 61 substation including equipment installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV switchgear, transformer, 415V switchgear and FM200.

The project includes three specialised hospitals; Women's Hospital (190 beds), Ambulatory Hospital (64 beds), Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital (200beds) and a scientific Research Centre.

Responsibilities:
-Preparing design coordination drawing with mechanical, structural & architectural during shop drawing preparation of MEP services and reflected ceiling plan using AutoCAD. I was able to meet deadlines as per project expected submission dates.
-Creating detailed design of generator room reflecting equipment location, orientation, clearances, details of sound attenuator, vibration isolator, exhaust system and calculation of foundation load bearing capacity.
