Directly reporting to Managing Director on the performance of ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP System and Certificate. Responsible for oversight and management of the standards related to quality assurance along with the quality monitoring processes and procedures for the company.
Experience in document control, continuous improvement programs and audit programming. - For CG HR- initiated 40 forms and for CG Group a total of 200 multifunction forms.
Review procedures, forms, requirements and specifications and provides inputs during requirements and specifications walkthroughs. - I developed 8 SOP and Corporate QMS.
Administer the Audit and Analysis of Surveillance and Main Certification Programs. Ensure all deficiencies found internally and externally are corrected through the Internal Audit Process. Thru QA Team, For the Second Surveillance Audit, Result of Zero Non-Conformance. Analyze customer feedback data/ customer complaint, failure and success analysis pertaining to the quality of service. (Failure Status, Root Cause, and Monthly OFI Meeting.) Brainstorming open issues and risk analysis. Thru QA TEAM, Engineering achieved 80% Success of Quality Service Rate and Sales achieved 85% Quality Sales Service Rate. Achieve 90% Staff Compliance of this Procedure. Follow-up monitor and close nonconformities and Communicate audit trends across the company. Achieve 90% average of Closure of NCR both internal and external. Acts as Liaison for quality assurance group at Certification Company, government and authorities.
Be able to travel for multisite assignment within UAE. ( Sharjah, Fujairah, Abu Dhabi )Mentors less experienced Auditors on QA best practices and methodology. (From 60% Upgrade to 80% Problem or Process Conflicts was solved.)Leads and Involve in setting up goals, planning and implementing departmental goals and managing continuous improvement.
