Initiating and designing all projects related to industrial water and wastewater treatment
• Managing the implementation of all existing industrial projects at Aquarius S.A.L.
• Providing technical consultation for water & wastewater treatment for internal and external industrial
projects.
• Collaborating with the design department for the finalizations of designs.
• Leading evaluation exercises during and after project completion to ensure projects implementation are
in line with the agreed design and work plan.
• Coordinating with clients and consultants regarding in hand and potential projects.
• Preparation of the needed technical specs, including but not limited to drafting BoQs, specs, drawings,
narrative briefs and pricing, in line with the project requirements.
• Coordinating with the purchase department for the actual purchases.
• Recruiting, managing and supervising technical staff members within the team.
• Initiating and setting capacity building plans for technical staff under my supervision to ensure
strengthening their knowledge and staying up to date on all of the latest technologies, best practices and
findings in the sector.
• Organizing and leading strategic workshops for the staff to brainstorm, evaluate and set SMART objectives
for the sector, in line with the recorded lessons learned and good practices.
• Contribute to the finalization and operationalization of Standard Operation Procedures (SoPs) for the
sector.
• Attending trainings and exhibitions to broaden knowledge in water and wastewater fields.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the manager to update on implementation progress, bottlenecks,
project statuses, evaluation and proposed technical solutions.
Technical consultation for water pumping stations, swimming pools, fountains &Jacuzzi equipment,
reverse osmosis plants and water & wastewater treatment plants
• Conducting regular sales meetings with existing and potential clients
• Preparation of sales quotations that include BOQ, specs, drawings and pricing based on project
requirements.
