• Receiving/Preparing and encoding into data base all the Incoming and Outgoing project documents.
• Collates and files the documents/record related to data encoding.
• Maintaining files and reports for easy and efficient reference.
• Preparing drafts of project staffs attendance and completes non-technical correspondence from oral and/or written instruction.
• Follow-ups all pending document thru telephone conversation and relay to official letter.
• Provide full admin support to the team.
• Developing electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval of documents that must be controlled and kept for the audit/internal requirements.
• Routing documents/drawings to intended recipients.
• Receive calls and relay messages.

• Can able to provide network system for project documents which can be accessed by project team.
• Managing and uploading technical submittals, shop drawing, RFI etc. and ensuring they are in the correct Discipline, Document Type and Drawing Type using BIW Technologies/Conject Project Control
