Project Summary:
•Walgreens is the largest drug retailing chain in United States which has more than 8000 stores across all 50 states of the country.
•As of now, there are various applications like Item systems, Deal Metrics, buyout, sold cycle, generic efficiency etc. These applications help to store and analyze the data for business intelligence and performance management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Understanding business Requirements
•Creation of High Level, Low level and Technical design documentation
•Design and development of ETL Application
•Independent Unit Testing of the Ab-Initio processes and UNIX korn shell wrapper scripts
•Uses data warehouse to develop java screens
•Responsible for effective communication with the customer and interact with them on regular busy to clarify any kind of blockades/issues
•Involved in incident resolutions catering to specific requests from customers
•Monitoring scheduled jobs in production
•Mentoring and Training new team members
