My current key responsibilities as Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager are the management of the quality management systems to ensure compliance and Certification to BRC Food Safety standard (HACCP, GMP, PRP) Environmental Health and safety against OHSAS18001, training of staff within the company and contract packers, raw material suppliers on hygiene, GMP, Food Safety principles. I am also responsible internal-, Supplier, 3rd Party and Customer Audits. Responsible for Customer complaints- investigations- root cause analysis- corrective action and implementation. Monthly management reporting on sales- customer complaints- production efficiency- maintenance- supplier problems and targets. Responsible for Key Export Customer accounts (Japan Cargill- SA Spice Australia), implementation and improvement of internal and external business, product, management Systems and process requirements and/or changes.
Manage total business Food Safety, HACCP, Organic and Quality Compliance against BRC and ISO standards.
Implement, maintain, Audit and Continuous improve total company quality management systems.
Management of Factory Food Handlers
Health and Safety consulting to niche South African clients against OHSAS 18001, ISO9001 and 14001 legislative Compliance requirements.
Complete Health and Safety Management systems, implementation, maintaining and continuous improvement.
Food handler in packing of frozen poultry food
Food Safety and Quality Compliance against New Zealand's legislative requirements, Complete Health and Safety Management systems, implementation, maintaining and continuous improvement.
Inventory Control, Replenishment planning Nationally within South Africa to various warehouses. Processing of Orders, Distribution logistics planning.
