British Nursery, Abu Dhabi - Principal Aug 2011 - Oct 2012 Managing a premium nursery offering British curriculum (EYFS) education for up to 70 children in 5 classes. Many children were ESL students. Other areas of responsibility related to staff supervision and development, compliance to MOSA guidelines and other Municipality regulations and promoting after school and extra-curricular services to generate additional revenue in a culturally diverse environment. Overall in charge of operations, teaching and curricular planning, assessment and pastoral care as well as overseeing financial and human resource functions including managing immigration and work permit requirements for staff. Taught FS1 for 2 terms.
