• In-charge of detailed quantity take-offs and
preparation of BOQ (Architectural, Structural and
Civil Works) based on CSMM 2 (Construction
Standard Method of Measurement).
• Interprets drawings and reflects in the takeoff.
• Reviews drawings received and regularly submits
RFI.
• Handles RFQs and requests quotation from
specified suppliers for projects handled.

• Study, coordinate and review drawings and
details for proper quantity analysis, estimation
and Specifications.
• Produce detailed quantity take-offs and
preparation of BOQ (Architectural, Structural and
Civil Works).
• Reviews drawings and other documents to write
and edit specifications for projects and
coordinates compliance with project
requirements, design criteria, institutional
guidelines, standards, technical conditions,
acceptable standards and existing laws, rules,
regulations and codes.
• Interprets the project design requirements and
translates those requirements into materials,
methods, equipment, procedures, installation,
and certification testing necessary to provide the
narrative descriptions which are used to procure,
install and erect building components.
• Assists project managers and architects with
material and system constructability analysis.
• Performs product research; assists project
designers with material selection and system
research.
• Assists project architects with shop drawing and
product substitution review.
• Develops new specification sections as needed.

• Responsible in the development of Architectural
Designs for Client presentation including
Architectural Working Drawings, Interior Design
and Detailed Drawings.
• Coordinate works pertaining to compatibility of
architectural designs to Structural and MEP
Systems. Layout / revise drawings to
accommodate MEP layout and send to Architect
for Design Development.
• Responsible in the production of detailed
drawings and checking works of draftsman
(plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, stone
cladding detail, curtain wall detail, skylight detail,
etc…) prior to submission for tender.
• Produce detailed quantity takeoffs and
preparation of BOQ and Specifications for the
project.

• Responsible for submitting on a regular basis of
written reports to the Head Office the progress of
the work addressing such matters as schedules,
drawing standards, quality control, unusual
events and other related matters.
• Assists and coordinates with project managers in
monitoring the progress of working drawings
produced by every department in the company.
• Responsible for the design documentation and
coordination of different branch offices of the
company.

• Provides comprehensive leadership and guidance
throughout the Architectural Design development
of the projects handled.
• Direct and mentor less experienced Architectural
draftsman and other production staff members.
• Manage and adhere to Office standards of design
and quality control of drawing production.

• In-charge of detailed quantity take-offs and
preparation of BOQ (Structural and Civil Works)

• Invoicing based on monthly progress and
accomplishments.
• Manages construction pricing database for use in
FEWO (Field Extra Work Orders) and SFRs and
addendums in site works.
• Updates weekly progress based on submitted
daily works by the construction team which will
be presented on regular basis to the Project
Manager.
• Reviews drawings received and regularly submits
STQs to be used in the construction.
• Handles BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) to be
submitted to steel suppliers for quotation and
fabrication.
