Human Resources Consultant at NRC will be working in the Transition to Employment (T2E), NRC’s active labor intermediation program that focuses on integrating Syrian and Jordanian youth into entry-level employment through structured screening and compatibility processes; early employer engagement; and post-placement support activities.
The Recruitment and Livelihood Team Leader will be in charge of the outreach to employers with job openings. The TL will be interviewing the employers, creating job profiles, interviewing the job seekers and referring the most suitable candidates to the vacancies. The Team Leader will be managing relevant data sets and conducting continuing analysis regarding T2E activities. In addition, the TL will be in charge of collaboration and referrals with other partner organizations.
