 Overall responsibility for of developing, designing and implementing a robust credit and risk management framework for the Bank.
 Developed stylized Enterprise Risk Framework and implemented within a record time.
 Developed the credit function from scratch and today lead and manage a strong team of professionals with robust policies, models, SOP’s and SLA’s.
 Developed risk framework for Takaful based lending programme and export guarantee programme of the bank.
 Developed Investment Management Policy including Investment Portfolio optimization and VaR Analysis
 Developed Credit rating models and policies for credit risk, operational risk and Strategic and reputational risks.
 Member and Convener of Asset Liability management Committee, Operational Risk and Business Continuity Planning Committee and Internal credit Committee.
