Authorized by Cleaver Brooks to do the testing and commissioning in GCC and to carry out inspections, troubleshooting, service and maintenance on CB boilers and other CB products. Prepare the T & C work activities, schedules, required materials and personnel for the execution of commissioning. Handing over of the projects; which include submission of all necessary reports, do the various equipment and control simulations to secure project approval from the consultants, conduct client trainings and seminar particular on boiler, steam networks, solar hot water system and calorifiers.
Plan, lead and supervised our maintenance personnel for execution of the preventive maintenance (mechanical and electrical), breakdown repairs, safety awareness, new project implementation to our clients. Coordinate to the costumer or submit findings and recommendations to maximize the efficiency and optimum boiler performance. Technical supports on system designs and in sales or after-market.

Manage start-ups, inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on CB boilers and other mechanical and instrumentation products. Provide service and support to the customers and resolved all malfunctions that occurred in the product. Scheduled all customer visits prior to the call and report on site in case of complex problems. Provide technical solution and proposals to the clients. Estimate and submit quotations for the project proposals. Recommends appropriate guidelines and innovative strategies to improve boiler efficiency.

Implement electrical and plumbing plans; responsible for the preparation of the material requisition, technical interactions, job planning and manpower planning. Review, checks and monitor the construction activities to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship; initiates suggestions and recommendations on cost reduction measures.

Modify and repair mill equipment such as industrial boilers, compressors, water softeners, deaerators, pneumatics, controls and instrumentation equipment. Plan, organize and monitor corrective/preventive maintenance activities to control and minimize equipment breakdown. Candidate is also responsible for the maintenance of ACU's, refrigerators, and Plant communication facilities.
