FINAL YEAR PROJECT/THESIS | Project Offered by SUPARCO | Project Title: Effects Of Heat-treatment and Welding of Aluminum Alloy 7075 Project/Thesis Objective: • The objective of this research experimental program was to evaluate the effects of heat-treatment on the mechanical properties of Al-7075 Alloy samples • To study the problems of hot-cracking after the weldment of samples • To find and suggest the post heat-treatment and procedure of welding to prevent and avoid the hot-cracking • To perform the dye-penetration test (NDT) & Metallography for the evaluation of the crack growth & microstructure of the Aluminum Alloy 7075
