Responsibilities:
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and organizing materials.
o Supervise foreman and provide technical advice; problem solving.
o Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
o Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and planning.
o Preparing site reports.
o Ensure safety practices and procedures on site.
o Inspection on site.
o Coordinate with main-contractor and other sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:
* Cost Estimation: Estimating and presenting onshore and offshore quotations.
o Execute projects estimation, tendering and cost analysis of proposals and scope of work of the
projects in tendering.
o Review BOQ, proposal, specifications, drawings, ..to determine scope of work and required contents
of the estimate.
o Preparing site visit report after exploring site condition & surroundings.
o Quantities take-off against available drawings.
o Cost breakdown for BOQ items regarding direct & indirect costs.
o Get materials prices and transportation estimates from foreign and local suppliers directly or through
the commercial department.
o Update all data base prices regarding all items.
o Estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overheads accounted in tender.
o Follow up with contractors / clients on cost estimates.
o Communication with site engineers for follow up of awarded contract.
* Technical Support:
o Communicate with clients and site for technical issues, provide technical advises, problem solving.
o Prepare appropriate product data and project document submittals which would be acceptable for
clients and consultants.
o Coordinate with foreign and local suppliers directly or through the commercial department to get
technical information, tests, samples, certificates and products data.
o Prepare appropriate drawings submittals which would be acceptable for clients and consultants.
o Drawings and specification analysis in order to get clear coordinated interpretation of the design
drawings.
o Analyze the observations / replies of the consultants and clients, respond and coordinate with their
needs.
o Suggest and implement corrective actions.

Byblos-Mount Lebanon
Construction of a new Exclusive Residential Complex on the sea-front of JBEIL,
13 high-end villas, total area: 15000 m².
Responsibilities:
o Ensure the Pfeifer/Doka formwork system and climbing system is installed correctly.
o Prepare the Shop drawing, Bar Bending Schedule and steel order.
o Supervise foreman and provide technical advice; problem solving.
o Inspection on site (Structural - Architectural).
o Coordinate with mechanical/electrical engineer to provide their requirements.
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and
the work of subcontractors.
o Provide survey with necessary design points to be located on site.

Residential building 30000 m2
at Beirut central district, 4 blocks of 6 floors, 3 basements.
Project includes all trades concrete and finishing work.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure the Peri formwork is installed as per erection drawings and procedures.
o Inspection on site (Structural - Architectural).
o Surveying the quantity of works accomplished by subcontractors.
o Supervise foreman and provide technical advice; problem solving.
o Prepare the Shop drawing.
University Projects:
* Final Project : Rehabilitation and Expansion Of ‘‘Athene De Beirut School’’, Design of precast
roof using PCI Handbook, Column strengthening using Carbon Fiber, Design of reinforced
concrete using ACI 318-08
* Design of 8-storey building using BAEL code.
* Complete design of vertical and horizontal alignment, cross section, pavement, intersections and
highway drainage elements of 1 Km long traffic.
