Job Description:
•Receive pre-alerts/ documents for inbound shipments, planning and checking the import shipment documents while liaising with the CSR/Documentation team informing in timely manner, therefore enabling the effective allocation of warehouse space. Follow up for a timely manner.
•Receive confirmed and put away completed follow up on the floor with team those who assigned for specific tasks. If any discrepancies found will be forwarded the same to the customer and update the system accurately. Highlight damages and quality discrepancies to the customer in timely manner.
•Generate pick ticket for outbound shipments; ensure that the correct items are picked and packed as per customer requirements with category of order type goods.
•Allocation of people on the floor as per their caliber to get the task done on daily basis shift wise.
•Prepare and send necessary packing details to CSR Team to initiate outbound shipment in a timely manner.
