• Look for new depots to diversify the vendor source, negotiate cost and
prepare depot agreement

• Coordinated all aspects of Southeast Asia shipment operations,
engaging with customers to secure vessel bookings and prepare bills of
lading.
• Oversaw isotank inventory management across all Southeast Asian
nations( around 500 tanks ), ensuring compliance with cleaning and
repair protocols., and every week allocated 30-40 tanks for different
customer
• Directed clean survey processes with third-party surveyors to
guarantee all tanks were in export-ready condition.
• Approved all invoices from depots and third-party surveyors to
