Quality section of ORYX GTL is using Integrated Management System
(IMS) developed on MS SharePoint and has several repositories for
documents.
• Duties and responsibilities:.
• Manage electronic documents to be archived in correct location.
• Provide/revoke access to users based on the permission they require.
• Map business process flows for each department based on the tasks
they undertake.
• Create sites/libraries on MS SharePoint based on request and give
unique permissions to sites or libraries.
• Update the IMS site using MS FrontPage Update database on MS Access
for RACI.
• Conducted P&L statement analysis to improve daily operations,
increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Collected, arranged and input information into database system.
• Generated reports detailing findings and recommendations.
