• Reporting to contracts & estimation manager on prior to submission of proposal.
• Review the RFQ documents and SOW along with technical requirements,
detailed drawings, qualifications and supporting documents for both technical
and commercial proposal.
• Perform quantity take-offs and analyze drawings, specifications, and determine
material.
• Requesting clarifications from end user on certain aspects to clear the missing
scope and scope of responsibility.
• Estimating the direct and indirect manpower & equipment hours along with
procurement, in house works, Site activities, FAT, outside and sub-contracting
costs to finalize the cost estimates.
• Re-evaluate the estimation sheets to verify the mark-ups.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify cost-saving
opportunities through value engineering.
• Prepare bid proposals and supporting documents for the submission of bid.
• Final approval from contracts manager along with review sheet, estimation sheet,
technical and commercial proposal along with supporting documents.
• Submission of bid package on the requested method of submission on or before
bid closing date.
• Responding to end user post bid clarifications after submittal of proposals and
before awarding of job.
• Conduct market research to source pricing data from vendors and
subcontractors.
• To submit revised bid in case of revised scope or post bid clarifications, which
shall have impact on our submitted bid.
• After award of job, issuance of work file compiling all the received RFQ
documents including pre/post bid clarifications, technical and commercial
proposals excluding price.
• Provide budget and approval for procurement and resources to the execution
team.

• Reporting to Sr. Estimation engineer.
• Prepare and submit detailed tender documents, including cost estimates,
technical and commercial proposals, and compliance checklists, for projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to gather data and
develop competitive bids aligned with client requirement.
• Analyze tender specifications and drawings to identify risks, opportunities, and
resource needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and
terms.
• Maintained tender databases and tracked bid progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conducted market research to identify pricing trends and competitor strategies.
• Reduced bid preparation time by through process optimization and template
development.

• Coordinate with clients project inspection unit for necessary project inspection
for Witnessing / Hold point.
• Preparation of all pre-TA activities.
• Performing of TA activities.
• Documenting daily activities & submission of dossier after project completion.
