•To prepare financial statements and reports to ensure that accurate & timely information is available to management.
•Preparation of accounts and accordingly devising the organizational policies with the senior officials and the finance manager.
•To analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts and bank statements
•To examine the transactions on a daily basis and assisting the accounting staff to maintain the records on accounting software.
•Assisting in preparation of yearly budget, forecasts, taxes and other financial reports with the senior officers and other personnel in the finance department.
•Performing risk management for the organization to prevent any incidences that may cause losses by assisting in financial decision making.
•Assisting the daily accounting operations ensuring compliance with the SOPs and Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
•Assisting in minimizing liabilities, losses and expenses.
•To assume the responsibilities of the Accounts Officer in his absence.
•Managing relationship with banks in line with cash flows and financial transactions
