Oversaw entire operation of food and beverage department, both in kitchens and in serving and dining areas.

Monitors customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints according to Al-sharq Complaint Handling procedures.
Maintains & actively use a database of customer details/ history and other strategies that assist in guest recognition.
Conducts performance evaluation of colleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counseling of colleagues.
Maintained accounting books regarding employee payroll and sales summaries of the restaurant.
Plan local and regional advertising schedule, according to K.S.A trends. Maintain contact with network of press and influencers for event publicity and reviews. Also responsible for social media networks and promotions.
Estimated the daily food consumption and placed orders with suppliers accordingly - Ordered utensils and contacted merchants regarding their supplies on a regular interval.
Supervise the staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the high standard expected opening, closing and during service.
Assist F&B manager to preparation of budget, sales, marketing plans, training and special events.
Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
Maintains departmental Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follows them.
