 Execute the implementation on field of all Sales automation tools and monitor its progress.
 Participate in, execute and monitor progress of projects, e.g.: Route to Market (RTM), Expansion and Optimization Projects, with Business Managers (BMs) and Sales Supervisors.
 Assess the needs to improve processes and propose system buildups based on the Field Sales and Company’s reality.
 Assess distribution gaps and proposes actions to improve.
 Monitor effectiveness of assets (freezers/coolers) and work closely with BMs, ASMs and Sales Supervisors towards ensuring the best utilization.
 Monitor effectiveness of KPIs of the routes in TT/MT/WS/OOH and proposes actions towards better utilization of the truck capacity.
 Monitor journey plan adherence across all channels for all depots. Lead execution of Route Optimization from time to time.
 Assure there is no VSO (Van Stock Out) via regular vans loading monitoring.
 Make sure all outlets have unique barcodes which can be monitored via GPS.
 Evaluate Carry Over (CO) against VAN loading instruction and suggest improvements.
 Evaluate sales orders against suggested orders for Modern Trade and Wholesale which are working on a ‘pre-order’ loading schedule.
 Initiate and analyze the monthly commission of the entire Sales team before payment of commission is handed over to C&B. Engage with BMs and IT to make necessary changes based on agreed principles
