Job Profile:
• Greet and understand the requirement of guest to serve better.
• Give good customer services and make a sale
• Do up-selling, cross selling
• Set- up tables for next day promotion
• Give raffle tickets
• Monitor Levels of products in stock, receice and properly store products delivered with supervision accodrding to procedures and in timely manner
• Demosntrate integrity and honesty in all interactions with guests and sales team.
• Maintain and control stock according to receiving policy and procedures.
• Keep informed to your superior about eventual damaged stock received.
• Promote other shops by giving away flyers.
• Do opening and closing stock daily.
• Keep the store as per MSC Standards.

• Do up-selling, take customer details, update in system.
• Make Of the day statement
• Maintaining daily records of cash, credit, gold, diamond sale and tallying the stock of diamond.
• Solve customer query if any.
• Receiving and maintaining stock.
• Looking into security issues.
• Changing display on regular basis, evaluating details of deal with customer.
• Handling and managing high value customer, with good customer service.
Handle Diamond Jeweler brands: Leela, Legacy, Farfasha, Kiku Pearl, Tanishque, Aprille collection, Solitaire, Asmi, Laurentia, Baraka, Leo Witter, Calgaro, Fope, Mageritt, Roberto Coin, Boudoor, Marco Bicego, Dunhill and Visconti Pens.
Handle Watch brands:Romanson, Festina, Michel Schumacher Collection, Morgan, Rochas, Jacques Leman, Graf Von Castel, Pierre Cardin, Orient, Burberry, Mercedes Benz, FedereConstantion, Tag, Mont Blanc.
