career where the genuine importance of our profession has been clarified. From exposure to Quality Management Techniques and assisted by my personal qualities, I feel a strong desire for new challenges within a new environment. Guest satisfaction and loyalty, employee retention and commitment to owners and or owning companies remain the goal of any true professional.
