- Global Product Roll-out Plan: Defined the global roll-out plan for all EH harmonized products. Steered the implementation of the product roll-outs in the various operating entities. (Euler Hermes Group, France, 2012-2014)

Selected to manage growing the geographical footprint in the GCC area, including setting new offices and expanding the product offering (2014-2015). Implemented new products: Surety; Contract Frustration; and Financial Transactions.
Assumed role of Head of Market in 07/2015, where currently I manage market management activities across the GCC region, to include oversight marketing and sales strategies.

• Product Management: Managed new product launches, to include market assessment, product roll-out planning, regulatory relations and stakeholder management & compliance at all times. Products catering to: surety bonds, political risk, and financial transactions
• Risk Management: Helped clients across the Middle East by managing risk with confidence
• Marketing: Managed the EHGCC website and its LinkedIn homepage; participate in events and panel discussions; oversee internal and external communications
• Business Transformation: Owned the customer experience and acted as a change agent
• Highly interfaced with Compliance and Regulatory requirements to ensure new products and initiatives are aligned to the organization’s goals and local regulations
