Responsibilities:
• Handle all existing clients and their shipments.
• Generate new leads and send it to tele-calling agents or sales coordinators.
• Call or meet interested clients and bring in new business from them.
• Handle clients added by BDM which were later put in my account.
• Coordinate with the sales coordinators and keep a track on all the nominated
shipments.
• Deal with agents to get good rates which would help get more business from the
clients.
• Find new agents from the alliance group who can give better rates than
existing ones.
• Responsible for increasing sales every quarter atleast by 10%.

• Added some good clients to my list.
• Achieved targets given by the management within 2 months of joining in this role.
• Got promoted to senior sales executive within a year.

• Air Freight
• Land Transport
Acknowledge enquiries received from clients.
• Float enquiries to concerned agents and source rates.
• Calculate and Compare all rates received.
• Inform the best rate to concerned sales executive and ask for profit amount to be
added.
• Quote the client and follow up for confirmation.
• Upon confirmation, negotiate with the agents for discounts and confirm
booking to them.
• Follow up for updates and then update the client.
• Coordinating with the Ops team for shipment clearance and delivery.
• Assisting sales executives with their reports.
• Tele calling new clients from the leads provided by sales executives and send
company profile to them.
• Follow up with potential clients to get an enquiry.
Achievements:
• Could learn a lot of things with regards to Import/Export shipments.
• Could make good rapport with all existing clients.
• Got promoted as sales executive within 6 months
