• Business plan Reports for FSM.
• Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Sales related Reports & KPI.
• Coordinate with warehouse for deliveries related requests and follow up.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders within and outside the organization in achieving the organizational goals.
• Ensure that the employees are fully complying with the QHSE/HSE requirements and as per Company’s Policy & Procedures.
• Handles telephone, web inquiries, leads given by CRM Team related to vehicle prices and availability, warranty matters, solves problems, and follows-up on previous inquiries.
• Handling of export deals and coordinate with custom department for Custom duty refund.
• Arranging and Handling of Test drive request for customers.
• Prepare monthly Attendance & sales incentives for sales team.
• Attend and reporting Fleet related complaints.
• Handling of petty cash flow and reimbursement, preparation of LPR & Supply requests.
• Supervise the showroom related concerns including all maintenance work & showroom promotional product displays.
• Prepare correspondence and internal memorandum as requested by FSM
• Carry out all other administrative task (in line with ability) as directed by FSM.
